DeleBook ("DeleBook," "we," "us") is a scheduling, booking, and lead-management platform operated by DeleBook LLC, a North Dakota limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the DeleBook application and website at delebook.com.

DeleBook is used by service businesses ("businesses" or "clients") to manage their appointments, customers, and incoming leads. Much of the information we handle is collected on behalf of a business you are interacting with — for example, when you book an appointment with a plumbing company that uses DeleBook, or submit a lead form connected to that business.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When a business, its staff, or its service providers create a DeleBook account, we collect a name, email address, and login credentials, along with role and organization details needed to operate the account.

Booking and customer information. When you book an appointment or are entered as a customer by a business using DeleBook, we collect the details needed to manage that booking: your name, email address, phone number, appointment date and time, the service requested, and any notes or comments you or the business provide.

Lead form submissions. When you submit a form connected to a business on DeleBook — including forms hosted on our platform — we collect the information you enter, typically your name, email address, and phone number, together with any additional answers you provide on the form.

Facebook / Meta Lead Ads information. A business may connect its Facebook Page to DeleBook so that leads submitted through Meta Lead Ads are delivered to that business. When a business connects a Page and a person submits a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the submitted information — typically the person's name, email address, and phone number, plus any additional answers on the form. To make this connection work, we also access the list of Pages the connecting user manages (so they can choose which Page to connect), basic Page details to confirm the selection, and the settings needed to subscribe the Page to lead notifications. Access credentials for connected Pages are stored encrypted. This integration is provided through our Meta platform app, "DeleApp," which is operated by DeleBook LLC.

Technical information. We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, session management, and security. Our infrastructure providers maintain standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) used for security and reliability.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to operate DeleBook: to create and manage bookings, deliver leads to the business they belong to, send booking-related communications, provide customer support, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

Lead data delivery boundary. Information we receive from Meta Lead Ads is used solely to deliver the lead to the business that owns the connected Facebook Page. We do not sell this information, do not use it for advertising, do not combine it across different businesses, and do not use it for any purpose other than delivering it to the business it belongs to.

We do not sell personal information.

3. Text Messages (SMS)

A business using DeleBook may offer you the option to receive text messages about your appointments and requests — confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. You choose whether to receive them by checking an opt-in box; the box is never checked for you, and you can decline and still use the form or book normally.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your consent to receive text messages with anyone for their own purposes. Your number and consent are used only to send you the messages described above on behalf of the business you gave them to, and are passed only to the telecommunications provider that delivers them.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. How Information Is Shared, and With Whom

We share information only as needed to run the service. We never sell it, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing.

With the business you are interacting with. This is not third-party sharing — it is the business you chose to contact or book with, and the party your information was given to in the first place. Bookings, lead submissions, and customer details are shared with the business they belong to; that business is responsible for how it uses them.

With service providers that host and operate our infrastructure, such as cloud hosting, database, email delivery, text-message delivery, and (where applicable) payment processing providers. These providers process data only on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.

With Meta Platforms, Inc., only to receive leads a person submitted on a connected Page. We do not send booking, customer, phone, or SMS-consent information to Meta.

As required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of DeleBook, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, booking, and lead information for as long as the relevant account or business relationship is active, and as needed to comply with legal obligations. When a business disconnects its Facebook Page, we stop receiving new leads for that Page immediately and delete the stored Page access credentials; leads already delivered remain in that business's account until deleted.

6. Your Choices and Data Deletion

Disconnecting Facebook. A business can disconnect its Facebook Page from DeleBook at any time from its Integrations settings. Disconnecting removes the Page connection and its stored credentials and stops all further lead delivery for that Page.

Data deletion requests. You may request deletion of your personal information — including information originally collected through a Facebook Lead Ads form — by emailing kelly@delebook.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include the name, email address, or phone number the information was submitted under, and the business it relates to, so we can locate it. We will act on verified requests within 30 days and confirm when deletion is complete.

If you submitted your information to a business through a lead form, you may also contact that business directly, since it controls its copy of your information.

Access and correction. Account holders can review and update their account information in the application. For other requests, contact us at kelly@delebook.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) for all traffic, encryption at rest for sensitive credentials such as connected-Page access tokens, role-based access controls within the application, and signature verification on data we receive from Meta. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information entrusted to us.

8. Children

DeleBook is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at kelly@delebook.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice within the application or by email.
